Studio 200 is a new creative space by Canada’s Music Incubator (CMI) built to help artists and creative entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life. Equipped for photo and video shoots, music production, vocal recording, long-form content creation, and meetings, Studio 200 is where visions become reality.
As a national not-for-profit, CMI is committed to customized, hands-on creative and business development for emerging artists, artist managers, and industry professionals.
With Studio 200, CMI is opening its doors to Toronto’s creative community, offering professional studio spaces in support of music sector infrastructure and the growth of local talent.
CMI-supported creatives will receive the spaces at a discounted rate.*
Content Studio
A creative hub designed by industry professionals for music artists and content creators. This unique space blends retro charm with urban edge, featuring a subway set, stacked vintage TVs, and a seamless paper backdrop. Built to produce professional-grade results, it's perfect for photo shoots, short-form video content, and music videos.

Music Studio
Fitted with high-quality recording equipment, the studio lets creatives of all experience levels produce music and capture vocals with professional-grade audio quality. The “Plug-and-Play” configuration means no tech headaches to slow down sessions -- plug in your laptop and start creating! The studio features a control room and a separate live room, which includes an upright piano for songwriting and live piano tracking. Both rooms are included with your booking.

Set in a historic industrial building, this open-concept office is filled with creative energy. Walls lined with plaques, posters, and collected treasures reflect a history of managing major Canadian music artists like Simple Plan. Exposed brick, wood beams, and luxurious lounge seating give the space warmth and texture. Both functional and inspiring, it’s a space built by and for artists. Available for photography rentals as a lived-in, music-driven office backdrop. Please inquire about film/television rentals.
